Online registration is not available after February 2, 2008.
Registrations by mail or fax must be post marked no later than January 26, 2008 in order to be accepted. Registration by fax or mail will be at an additional cost of $25.00 as noted above. To register by mail or fax, send the completed form to:

Cancellation Information: All cancellations should be made by phone AND in writing via email to tjones@swift-solutions.org before February 2, 2008. A $50.00 administrative fee will be assessed or deducted from the conference fees. Once cancellation correspondence has been received, participants will receive a cancellation notice. Swift Solutions reserves the right to retain or collect conference fees in full for those who fail to cancel prior to February 2, 2008, or for those who fail to attend.
Substitutions: For paid registrations, substitutions will be accepted at any time for participants who cannot attend the conference. Written notice will need to be confirmed via email to tjones@swift-solutions.org.
Special Accommodations: Special accommodations are available for those with disabilities. If you anticipate a need for these services, please attach a note of explanation to your registration.
Hotel Reservations: Hotel reservations for the conference must be made on or before January 10, 2008.
Hotel Room Types and Rates: You must ask for the special conference rate. Room rates are subject to state and local taxes. Single: $85.00 Double: $125.00
Hotel Deposits & Confirmation: Hotel reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card or first nights full deposit. Reservations cancelled after 48 hours prior to arrival will be assessed one night’s room and tax.

Exhibits: Program resources and local suppliers will be on display. Participating exhibitors will introduce new precuts and give demonstrations. Exhibits will be located in the pre-function area on the first floor of the Galveston Island Convention Center. Exhibit hours will be: Sunday: 12:00 - 5:00 p.m.; Monday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.; Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
